The record reveals that when the instant matter was argued by learned counsel for the petitioners on 20th April, 2026, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the information obtained online the case of the petitioners stood rejected. It was also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that order of rejection has not been furnished to the petitioners thereby depriving the petitioner of the opportunity to challenge the same. 02. When Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned Dy.AG, appearing for the respondents was confronted with the aforesaid position, he sought two days’ time to verify from the record as to whether any such rejection order has been passed and, if so, whether the same has been served on the petitioners or not and, accordingly, the matter was adjourned for the limited purpose and was directed to be listed on 27th April, 2026, i.e., today. 03. Today, when the instant case was taken up, Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned Dy.AG, submits that the case of the petitioner has been rejected which is evident from the online portal (status report) for various reasons reflected therein. A copy of which, has already been taken on record. He further submits that no formal order of rejection has been provided to the petitioners with the result the petitioners have not been able to challenge the same by laying a proper motion. 04. Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, learned Dy.AG, appearing for the respondents undertakes to provide copy of the rejection order to the petitioners during the course of week against the proper receipt. 05. In the aforesaid backdrop, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one in order to challenge the aforesaid rejection order. 06.
