I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit. The applicants/appellants have cogently explained the delay in institution of the appeal. The application is not even otherwise opposed by the non-applicants/ respondents. 3. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application to stand disposed of. Arb.
