(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 20.12.2025 from respondent No.1 to its various offices across the State on the subject “Grant of two additional increments on completion of 20 years of regular service by Conductors-Consolidated instructions.” 2. Learned counsel submits that the consolidated instructions contained in the office letter dated 20.12.2025 take care of the grievances of the petitioner. The respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner afresh for grant of two additional increments on completion of 20 years of service in terms of consolidated instructions dated 20.12.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable to the above instructions. - 2 - 4. Consequently, in view of above, respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of relief prayed for by them in light of consolidated instructions dated 20.12.2025. This exercise be carried out within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner.
