Petitioner, through the medium of this bail application, had sought grant of bail, in a case registered vide FIR No. 152/2023 for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 420 and 384 IPC. The petitioner had been admitted to interim bail vide order dated 04.09.2024, subject to objections from the other side. 2. Despite many adjournments since September-2024, the respondents have failed to file any reply/objections and have also not pointed out contravention or violation of any of the conditions imposed while granting interim bail to the petitioner. 3. In this view of the matter, this court deems it appropriate to grant the bail to the petitioner, as such the interim order dated 04.09.2024 is made absolute, subject to all the terms and conditions imposed therein. 4.
