In pursuance to the previous order, steps for service of respondent No.1 have not been taken. The previous order reads as follow:-
“Time for effecting service upon respondent No.1 is being sought since 14.11.2024. However, till date steps have not been taken.
Let the needful be done within a week. It is made clear that if the steps are not taken within the said period, then the matter shall be dismissed for non prosecution.
In case steps are taken within a week, then let notice be issued to respondent No.1, returnable within four weeks”.

Since no steps have been taken for service of respondent No.1, therefore, the application is dismissed for non- prosecution.
