(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 05.01.2026, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record, learned Deputy Advocate General states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, has been implemented, subject to final outcome of SLP filed by the State of Himachal Pradesh in Sanjay Kumar’s case.
2. Careful perusal of aforesaid communication reveals that first installment of arrears in respect of all the petitioners has been processed by the concerned Drawing and Disbursing Officers, after receiving the budget under the Charged Head.

In view of above, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Deputy Advocate General and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three weeks.
