8. By this petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction upon the respondents to release the amount to which he is entitled and is due to him, Sr. No. 93

along with interest for carrying out the 80% construction of the Concrete basketball court at Higher Secondary School Soulkhi, District Rajouri.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 states that two CDRs to the tune of Rs.30,400/- and Rs. 76,000/- have already been released in favour of the petitioner. The copies of release orders, whereby CDRs have been released, are produced by the learned counsel for respondent no. 3, are taken on record.
10. To this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the claim of the petitioner as projected in his writ petition qua prayer no. (a).

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he is not averse to the proposition being made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat it as representation of the petitioner and to consider the claims made by the petitioner in prayer (a) of the writ petition, within a period of three months from the date of passing of this order, by passing a speaking order thereon.
13. The petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the writ petition along with annexures upon the respondents within one week.
14. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
