2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner, appearing as party-in-person. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that already the Government appointed a Committee to inspect the shelter under the Blue Cross of India, which the 5th respondent herein has challenged in WP No.20366 of 2024, where the petitioner herein is the 5th respondent therein.
The learned senior counsel, bringing to the notice of this Court the order dated 29.06.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in the said writ petition, submitted that already the issue is being dealt with comprehensively and a report has been now sought for from the Animal Welfare Board in respect of the allegations and the challenge made. 4. In view of the fact that already the issue in respect of the shelter under the Blue Cross of India is dealt with by the learned Single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition, where the petitioner herein is the 5th respondent, all these issues could be adjudicated in the pending writ petition.
