Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner failed to file the translations. In the absence of the translated copies of the documents, which are in Tamil, this Court cannot proceed to adjudicate the matter. 2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
