Based on this undertaking, the matter was adjourned to 11.08.2026. When the matter came up for hearing on 11.08.2026, the learned counsel failed to file the translation. Consequently, the matter was adjourned for today and listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed the translation. 2. Furthermore, on 11.08.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought an adjournment stating that the petitioner-company went into liquidation and that he had received no instructions regarding the withdrawal of the case. Today as well, the learned counsel submits that he has received no further instructions. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
