On 22/6/2026, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertook to file translation copies of the documents which are in Tamil language within a period of four weeks from the said date, This Court granted time. 3. Again the matter was listed on 17/7/2026, and on that date also, translated copies are not filed. Hence, Registry was directed to post this matter under the caption “for dismissal” on 14/8/2026. 4. Even though the matter was listed under the caption “for dismissal” today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not filed the translated copies of the documents which are in ‘Tamil’. Without the translated copies, this Court cannot proceed with the matter.
