Counsel ORDER The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 27.5.2024 for lifting the attachment of her property in S.F.Nos.472/4 and 472/5F in Kangayampalayam Village in Dharapuram Taluk of Tiruppur District. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the wife of one Kathirvel. It is alleged that the said Kathirvel indulged in certain irregularities in the second respondent-Society in which he was the Secretary. Due enquiry was conducted against Kathirvel and thereafter, the property of the petitioner was attached. 3. A representation dated 27.05.2024 was given by the petitioner to the first respondent, requesting to lift the attachment order, but the first respondent had not considered the same. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 21202 of 2024 __________ Page3 of 4 4. According to the petitioner, the property under attachment, was purchased long back by her and it has nothing to do with the alleged period of misappropriation by her husband-Kathirvel. 5. According to the respondents, the said representation was already disposed of on 27.05.2024, and a copy of the said communication was sent to the petitioner. 6. This Writ Petition is dismissed.
