This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 154 days in filing the above writ appeal. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. Mr.S.Sarath Chandran takes notice for the first respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing the petition. Though notice has been served on the 2nd respondent, none entered appearance. 4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. 5.
