It has been submitted by the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been appointed by promotion to the post of Principle Diet thereby granting relief sought for by the petitioner. The learned Sr. counsel further submitted that since the petitioner has already got the relief, no issue remains for adjudication and the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
