The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third respondent and (ii) to bring on record the sixth respondent herein as legal representative of the deceased third respondent and rank him as sixth respondent in the transfer petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3.
