Both the learned Counsel state that to the extent possible, the encroachment has been removed and there is a peepal tree and abutting the peepal tree, on its trunk, a temple had been built. Liberty is preserved with the petitioner to file an application to reopen the Contempt Petition, if it is found that still the obstructions have not been removed. (C.V.K.,J.)
