Learned counsel for the petitioner, in both the petitions, submits that he has instructions to seek withdrawal of both the petitions as the petitioners intend to invoke the arbitration clause as provided under the agreement between the parties with regard to the disputes, which are subject matter of these petitions. He, therefore, prays that both these petitions be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement in support of his contention is taken on record.
