No.17811 of 2024 ORDER This petition is filed to condone the delay of 156 days in filing the above Second Appeal against the decree and judgment in AS No.3/2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Keeranur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to an ailment of jaundice, he wan unable to keep track of the proceedings, which resulted in a delay of 156 days in filing the present appeal. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent has raised formal objections to this petition. There is no representation on behalf of the second respondent. 4.Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 156 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand and Five 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD).
