The petitioner, Mohanamurthy, is the father of the minor child and the respondent, Madhumitha is the mother. The marriage between the parties was solemnized on 16.05.2016. Out of the said wedlock, the minor child Tejashree.M was born on 02.04.2018. 3. During the pendency of the proceedings, both parties have settled the dispute between themselves and entered into a Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.07.2026. 4. As per Clause (d) of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.07.2026, the petitioner/father waives his right of guardianship over the minor and hands over the guardianship and permanent custody to the respondent. The petitioner/father reserves his rights of visitation of his minor daughter when he is in India and visit the minor at a mutually convenient place and time after giving prior notice to the respondent and such visitation should not hinder the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis O.P.No.368 of 2024 __________ Page3 of 4 education of the child. 5. In view of Clause (d) of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 22.07.2026, this Original Petition is disposed of by recording the said settlement. Clause (d) of the Memorandum of compromise dated 22.07.2026 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
