For Petitioner : Mr.A.N.Ramanathan For Respondents 1 & 2 : Mr.R.Ramasamy Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu For Respondent No.3 : Mr.S.Vinayak O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Moo.Mu.A1/3558/2023 dated 21.08.2023 of the second respondent and the impugned order in Na.Ka.G1/1367767/2023 dated 15.12.2023 of the first respondent and for a consequential direction to the first and second respondents to take steps to cancel the fraudulent settlement deeds in Doc.Nos.4131 of 2020, 4122 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 and 1886 of 2020 dated 27.05.2020, on the file of the Thiruverumbur Sub-Registrar Office. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a complaint before the second respondent as against the third ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.1732 of 2024 respondent for cancellation of the aforesaid settlement deeds and the second respondent rejected the same, which was also affirmed by the first respondent. As against the concurrent findings, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3.However, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for the very same issue, the petitioner has initiated civil proceedings in O.S.No.244 of 2022, on the file of the Additional District Court, Trichy, and requests that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit. 4.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending civil suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
