A joint memo dated 13.07.2026, filed by the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7, is taken on record. The parties have stated that they have amicably settled their dispute. Under the settlement: respondents 6 and 7 have each paid Rs.2,50,000/- to their grandmother, Mrs.Chitradevi. 3.
