Today, this matter is listed under the caption “for orders”, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that a settlement was arrived between the Management and the Union under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, on 13.10.2025 and he has also filed the Memorandum of Settlement dated 21.07.2026 before this Court. 4. The relevant portion of the aforesaid Memorandum of Settlement is extracted hereunder:- 9.1.12. Union agreed to withdraw the cases pending in Labour Court (O.P.No.185/2023) and Writ Petition pending in High Court (WP.No.23457 / 2023 and W.P.No.26709 / 2024) and both parties agreed to file a joint memo in this regard and with a copy of settlement.” https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 26709 of 2024 __________ Page3 of 4 5.
