The above petition has been filed seeking orders to grant exemption to the petitioners herein from paying the Court fee of Rs.15,953/- in the above civil miscellaneous appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Tribunal passed an award, dated 23.08.2023, directing the respondent to pay compensation of Rs.24,32,500/-, but the amount was not deposited till now. 4.Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are exempted from the payment of court fee Rs.15,953/- in C.M.A(MD)SR No.52966 of 2024 for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall pay the entire Court fee, as and when the petitioners receive any part of the amount, that has now been awarded as compensation to the claimant/petitioner in M.C.O.P.No.118 of 2021. 17.07.2026 das https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
