These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2335 days occurred in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused upon the death of the second appellant in the above second appeal, to set aside the abatement caused upon the death of the second appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 7 herein who are legal heirs of deceased second appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 7 in the above second appeal. 2.The second appellant in the above second appeal passed away leaving behind the petitioners 3 to 7 as his legal heirs/legal representatives and therefore, the above said petitions came to be filed. 3.This Court perused the affidavit. The reasons stated in the affidavit are satisfied. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
