However, the petitioner herein took up the matter before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Appeal (Criminal) No.12606 of 2025. 2.The learned counsel on both sides would submit that the Hon’ble Supreme Court disposed of the above Appeal on 14.07.2026 and the condition imposed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.15.00 lakhs has been relaxed. 3. In such view of the above position, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, compliance of the order does not arise and no further order is required.
