Heard learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Notice to respondents 1 and 3 is dispensed with since they remained ex parte before the Tribunal. 4. Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel, takes notice for second respondent. Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, takes notice for fourth respondent. 5. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 90 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned. 6. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel for second respondent and Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel for fourth respondent at the time of admission.
