SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 21.02.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.4801 of 2022. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner was undergoing fertility treatment and was advised to take complete rest and, therefore, she could not give proper instructions for filing the appeal. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent. 4.Taking the above stated facts into consideration, the delay stands condoned and this petition is allowed.
