Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the de-facto complainant had agreed for quashing of the FIR. 3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 4. Considering the above said facts, F.I.R. in crime No.238 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent police is hereby quashed. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order.
