Na.Ka.No 10835 / 2023 / C1 dated 2.5.2024 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently to extend the benefits available under the category mentioned in Para 3(3) (ii) of G.O.Ms. No 84 Municipal Administration and Water supply Department dated 21.5.1988 by bringing the petitioners into regular time scale of pay from the date of completion of the one year of service in the consolidated pay service (i.e 01.10.1999) and in the light of the orders of this Court passed in W.P. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this matter is squarely covered by the order dated 08.11.2019 in W.P. No. 9583 of 2013, wherein this Court, in identical circumstances, has directed that the regularization should take place after the successful completion of one year of service by placing the petitioner on the regular time scale of pay. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed on the same terms as in W.P. No. 9583 of 2013 dated 08.11.2019. No costs.
