Side) for R-2 * * * * * ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This contempt petition alleges non-compliance of the order dated 20.10.2016 passed in Cont P.No.1792 of 2016, whereby the Court had passed the following order: “ We have perused the additional report and the photographs produced and returned to show the action taken already. 2.We are of the view that the present proceedings can be closed with an option to the petitioner to inform the concerned authorities as and when if the petition is contrary to what the photographs represent and the respondents will promptly act on the same. 3.The Contempt Petition is closed.” 2. From the aforesaid paragraphs, we see no directions issued to the respondents. Therefore, there cannot be any willful disobedience and the only liberty granted to the petitioner is to inform the concerned authorities as and when the position is contrary to what the photographs represent. 3.
