This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by Hiranya Flat Owners Association represented by its President to implead them as fourth respondent in the Writ Petition. 2. Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent/writ petitioner made objection to implead the petitioner herein as party respondent stating that the petitioner association is not a registered one under the Registration Act and thereby it is a defunct body. Therefore, they cannot be impleaded as a respondent in this Writ Petition. 3. Though the first respondent made objection, this Court, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, is inclined to allow this petition.
