O.P.(MD) No.20454 of 2024 ORDER The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in PRC No. 132/2024 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner is charged with the offences under Sections 294(b), 387, 307 and 506(2) of IPC. 2. A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the defacto complainant has not been injured and therefore, Section 307 of IPC, cannot be invoked. 3. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4.Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.
