This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks for a writ of mandamus against the respondent bank to receive the amount towards loan account and release the secured asset within a specified time. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent bank informs that the property in question has already been sold and an application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is pending. However, the petitioner has challenged the sale notice, which is pending. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
