The respondent, despite being represented by a counsel, has not come forward to file counter. 3. Necessarily, both the petitions, seeking divorce, have to be tried together and no prejudice would be caused to the respondent/husband. 4. In view of the above, I am inclined to accede to the request of the petitioner for transfer. 5. Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and the proceedings in OP No.73 of 2025 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Judge, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District and the same is transferred to the file of Subordinate Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District to be tried jointly along with HMOP No.87 of 2024. 6. The Subordinate Judge, Polur, Tiruvannamalai District is directed to send the entire records relating to OP No.73 of 2025 to the file of Sub Court, Gingee, Villupuram District forth with. There shall be no order as to costs.
