In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non- compliance of order dated 27.03.2024, in terms whereof, the writ petition filed by the petitioner being WP(C) No. 600/2024 came to be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to treat the writ petition of the petitioner as representation and accord consideration to the same strictly under rules and as per law and the decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioner through Registered Post. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being inter alia stated that in compliance to the orders passed by this Court, an amount of Rs. 91,29,514/- has been released in favour of the petitioner as salary w.e.f 01.06.2007 to 06.07.2018 and a bill in this regard stands forwarded to Treasury for encashment vide communication dated 12.11.2025 and a copy whereof is appended with the compliance report. 3. Be that as it may, perusal of the record of the proceedings would reveal that none has appeared for the petitioner on two previous dates and none appears today as well. 4. Thus, in this view of the matter, the proceedings in the contempt petition are closed with the liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the contempt petition within four weeks from today in case cause survives.
