Notice was issued in this petition on 24.09.2024. Despite grant of umpteenth number of opportunities, neither respondents have filed the reply nor any instructions have forth come. Learned Additional Advocate General again seeks an adjournment. Prayer is allowed. The matter is adjourned to 24.04.2026, subject to the cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the petitioner on the next date. It is made clear that no further opportunity shall be granted to the respondents.” 2.
