Learned counsel for the bank submits that the original title deeds have already been handed over to the petitioner on 20.08.2025 under acknowledgement. Since the petitioner has not approached the bank for registration of sale certificate and the delivery of physical possession, the bank is not in a position to do the same. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the bank and if the petitioner approaches the bank, the bank shall make all endeavours to issue sale certificate by re-validating the current date as well as deliver the physical possession as expeditiously as possible.
