In the instant contempt petition, the petitioners are alleging non- compliance of order dated 06-12-2023 passed in CM No. 7442/2023 arising out of WP(C) No. 3025/2023, whereby the said WP(C) 3025/2023 as well came to be disposed of while permitting the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the respondent 2 projected their grievances with a further direction to respondent 2 to consider such representation if made and to pass an appropriate orders thereon. 2. A response to the contempt petition has been filed accompanied with a consideration order dated 27-02-2026, wherein it has been inter-alia stated that the cases of the petitioners stand considered and a detailed consideration order thereof stands also passed rejecting the claim of the petitioners. 3. In view of the aforesaid specific stand taken by respondents/contemnors inasmuch as having regard to the order passed by this Court, where under the instant contempt petition has arisen, seemingly the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order, necessitating the closure of the contempt proceedings. Ordered accordingly. 4. In view of the above, application No. 1107/2026 is disposed of and bailable warrants issued are recalled. 5.
