Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record the proceedings dated 13.05.2026 issued by the second respondent, which disclose that the said TASMAC shop has been permanently closed. 4. In view of the subsequent development and the proceedings dated 13.05.2026 permanently closing the TASMAC shop, the grievance raised in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
