3. Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 113 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission in due course. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.S.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for second respondent, at the time of admission.
