The writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus to consider the representations dated 19.11.2018 and 24.06.2024, to remove the encroachment allegedly made by the 8th respondent is pending before this Court for the past two years. In the meanwhile, it appears that, based on the representation dated 24.06.2024, order been passed by the District Revenue Officer on 24.09.2024 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 8th respondent. 2. Challenging the said cancellation order, the legal heirs of 8th respondent has filed W.P.No.36376 of 2024 seeking writ of certiorari to quash the order cancelling the patta. The Learned Single Judge of this Court, after considering the facts of the case, set aside the order passed by the District Revenue Officer dated 24.09.2024 cancelling the patta and directed him to conduct proper enquiry, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the parties and to pass orders in accordance with law after receiving the documents. In the said Writ Petition No.36376 of 2026, the present petitioner has been arrayed as the 7th respondent. 3. It is always open to the petitioner herein to challenge any order passed by the District Revenue Officer pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 26.03.2026. 5.
