Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that both the parties have settled the issue out of Court and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Learned counsel further submitted that, pursuant to the interim order dated 25.3.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.10.00 lakhs before this Court and she prays for suitable direction to the Registry to refund the said amount to the petitioners. 3. Since the parties have settled the matter out of Court, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
