For Petitioner(s): Mr.R.Thiyagarajan For Respondent(s): Mr.M.Karthikeyan ORDER When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents in the Writ Petition had preferred a Writ Appeal against the order dated 13.06.2022 passed in W.P.No.4789 of 2019 and that the Hob’ble Division Bench of this Court, by order dated 19.06.2026 had granted interim stay. 2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the appeal under Clause-15 of the Letters Patent has been admitted by the Hon’ble Division Bench and stay having been granted, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to keep the present Contempt Petition pending, as the order which is alleged to be violated by the respondents is the subject matter of the Appeal. 4.
