Sushil Kukreja, Judge (oral) At this stage, Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate, stated that respondent No. 3/Insurance Company is ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs. 10 Lacs in lump sum, over and above the amount, already awarded by the learned Tribunal below, in full and final settlement of the claim. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 The appellant, who is present in person, also stated that he is ready and willing to settle the matter if respondent No. 3/Insurance Company pays an amount of Rs. 10 Lacs in lump sum, over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal below. 2. Therefore, in view of the statements of appellant as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 3/Insurance Company, recorded separately today, the present appeal is allowed and respondent No. 3/Insurance Company is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 10 Lacs to the appellant in lump sum, over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal below in full and final settlement of the claim. The aforesaid amount shall be deposited by respondent No. 3/Insurance Company within a period of 45 days’ from today. 3.
