Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- i) “That respondents No.5 and 6 may kindly be directed to comply with the office order No.1101-03 dated 02.09.2024 (Annexure P-5) thereby services of the petitioner be reinstated with the respondent No.5 i.e. GPCS Suin-Surhar, Education Block Sadar, District Bilaspur, H.P. in the interest of justice. ii) That the engagement of respondent No.8 as Cook- Cum-Helper under MDM Policy vide order dated 28.08.2024 in place of respondent No.7, may kindly be quashed and set aside.” 2 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that due to ill health of deceased respondent No.7, who has since died, respondent No.8, on the asking of the SMC, is performing the duties of a cook in the School concerned, this Court is not interfering with the arrangement made by the SMC. However, it is observed that in light of Annexure P-5, the authorities may consider engaging the petitioner either in the said School, if the strength of the students increases, or in any other School. This order is being passed as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner. It is clarified that respondent No.8 shall be allowed to continue to serve in the School concerned. 3.
