Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions, their grievance stands redressed, therefore, these petitions have been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.

At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent as well as learned Senior Counsel for the applicants submit that liberty be granted to such of the private respondents, who are aggrieved by the subsequent orders passed by the University to assail the same in accordance with law. Liberty granted as prayed for. It is clarified that the interim directions passed by the Court from time to time stands vacated forthwith and they shall not come in the way of the private respondents in pursuing their remedy.
