The instant contempt petition arises out of an order/judgment dated 05.04.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 717/2023, whereby the writ petition preferred by the petitioner was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner raised in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of passing of the said order. 02. The respondents have filed a detailed compliance report. Along with the said compliance report, the respondents have placed on record a consideration order dated 18.03.2025, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected for being devoid of merit. The said order has been placed on record along with the compliance report filed by the concerned Executive Engineer. 03. Since the direction passed by the learned writ Court was limited to the consideration of the case of the petitioner, and such consideration has already been accorded by passing a detailed order, the instant contempt petition does not survive. However, dismissal of the instant contempt petition shall not come in way of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid consideration order by way of appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 05.
