On perusal of the representation dated 20.07.2024, we find that the petitioner seeks to drop the proceedings pursuant to the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet, in CMP No.27/2024 dated 26.03.2024, passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. Since an order has already been passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, the petitioner has the liberty to appeal against the said order.
