Learned counsel for the respondent/bank submitted that after the order was passed by the Lok Adalat, since the petitioner defaulted in payment of the agreed amount, the bank has initiated proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and thereafter, possession has also been taken. Thereafter, the petitioner trespassed into the property, for which criminal complaints are also pending. 3.
