1. This Civil Revision under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 16.02.2024 passed by the Court of 1st Additional District Judge, Jammu as an appellate Court, in File No. 117/Appeal, vide which the order dated 17.04.2023 passed by the learned City Judge, Jammu as trial Court in File No. 17/Misc in case titled Krishan Kumar Vs. Shashi Pal Abrol was dismissed along with interim directions passed by the trial Court on 17.04.2023, the same allegedly being illegal.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents, however, submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that the main suit out of which the interim direction passed by the trial Court was set aside by the appellate Court, had itself been dismissed by the trial Court on 29.09.2025. In support of his contention, he has produced certified copy of the order Serial No. 09

dated 29.09.2025 passed by the trial Court, is produced, which is taken on record
4. Since the civil original suit bearing File No. 1240/2022 titled Krishan Kumar Vs. Shashi Pal Abrol has been dismissed on 29.09.2025, in view of this fact, this Civil Revision petition has been rendered infructuous and is
disposed of accordingly, along with connected application(s). Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
